This bar is low-key and simple, but its influence is extraordinary. The whiteboard on the wall updates the wines on sale every day. Some of them are from France, and some are from the local Willamette Valley. Among them, the Riesling dry white wine, which is popular among locals, has a crisp taste and is full of citrus flavor. It is produced in the Willamette Valley. Since the owner is keen on rosé wine, a small amount of rosé wine is sold in the bar every day. The dishes here change with the seasons, but they are very “pocket-sized”, such as spicy pistachios, pepper anchovies and olives.
